LED Property has been serving the London area since 2023. Founded by family members, Lara, Elise and Deborah. We work hard to provide a unique and bespoke service to each of our clients to make sure we meet all of their needs.

We're based in Uxbridge and have expert property knowledge of Hillingdon and the surrounding areas.

Our management team

Lara Marshall

Lara worked in libraries for 17 years, before moving into property and charity work before founding LED Property. She's trained and worked with key leaders in the field including Simon Zutchi and Mark Fitzgerald. An expert in project management, Lara leads on new contracts, refurbs and ensuring all our properties are cared for and managed as if they were our own.

Elise Marshall

Elise worked in housing and lettings with the local authority, specialising in LHA and social housing. She has taken over this valuable experience to LED Property, along with her other customer service roles in a variety of sectors. An expert in customer service, Elise leads on finding new tenants, filling voids and keeping all our tenants happy.

Deborah Marshall

Deborah worked in lettings and property management as an Estate Agent for over 20 years, before taking a detour to pharmaceuticals, but couldn't stay aware from her first love, property. An expert in housing markets, health and safety and compliance, Deborah leads on making sure all our properties are safe and compliant.
